Team Mindcrafters Daily Update 10-11-13

Parents,

Great Fire Escape.   Your child brought home a letter and a form to complete the Great Fire Escape.  Please fill out the map with your child of the exit routes and meeting place for your home in case of a fire.  The class with the highest number of fire escape plans turned in will earn a pizza party paid for by the Whitehouse Fire Department.

Math Facts.  Its getting to be crunch time for some students on mastery of their subtraction facts.  Starting next week any students who have not mastered subtraction will need to complete some sign and return math fact packets.  To help, I also sent home some flash cards to help the students practice.

Math Test.  Next Tuesday your child will have a test over Topic 2:  Addition, Subtraction, Money, and Problem Solving Using Drawing a Picture, and Writing an Equation.  I put a practice test on:
