Parents,
Students took their Social Studies tests on Moodle today. Look for their grade coming home on a slip from me. If any student did not receive a grade that would give them the top score of 4 for the standard, they can practice on Moodle over the weekend, and retest on Monday.
Students have been made aware that we will be beginning a novel next week to review our Unit 1 reading skills. I have encouraged them to finish up their current novels over the weekend, so that there isn't a confusion with reading 2 stories at once.
Due to the Soulshoppe schedule on Monday, we will likely not have time to do a pretest on spelling until Tuesday next week. Monday night, Joseph from Soulshoppe will do an evening presentation for parents. Information about this should have come home in a school email. We would highly recommend attending! He is an amazing presenter, and has inspired me as both a teacher and a parent!
