Parents,
Math Goal - 4th quarter. Students are challenged to master all 131 objectives in Accelerated Math by the end of the year. Students who meet this goal will be able to participate in a special "Technology Party" at the end of the year. For this party, students will be allowed to bring in devices from home and play school appropriate games like Minecraft during a Math class during the last week of school.
AR Goals - Congratulations to the 18 students who surpassed their reading goals and reached 125%, 150%, or 200%. Awards will be given out on Wednesday, including the pizza party to the three who earned over 200%. Congrats to Jack Ch, Elizabeth, and Ava! New goals for the fourth quarter were given today. Goals are going to be spread out over 8 weeks, instead of 9, so that I can use the final week to give out awards. Students will not need to read over break, but can use this week to get ahead!
