Science. We have begun a new unit in Science related to slow changes of the earth (erosion and weathering). To build a foundation for this, we are learning about properties of water.
Math. This week we are learning about making equivalent fractions and using various methods for comparing fractions. This is a challenging skill, but students are working really hard and doing well so far!
Math Madness. Students are off to a great start on the March Math Madness packets! Most students have earned 4 out of 4 stickers on their chart so far. I am trying to grade these quickly and return them each day so students can do any corrections needed at home if they want. On Mondays we will go over the most commonly missed questions from each packet together and then students will correct any others that they missed.
Have a great night!
