Dear Parents & Guardians,
Beginning this week our fourth graders will be participating in a special challenge we call March Math Madness. Each week, a packet will be sent home with a variety of Math review problems in preparation for the Ohio Achievement Assessment. Packets will be sent home on Fridays and will be due the following Friday so we can go over the problems promptly.
Each day, students will be tracking their progress toward 100% of their goal by receiving a sticker on a basketball chart for assignments that are completed on time. Students who complete at least 10 days will earn a special “Math Madness” pencil. Students who complete 14 or more of the 16 days of review will earn a popcorn /movie party at the end of this challenge. We want to see all students give their best effort and earn this reward!
